FIELD: measurement technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to articles hardness measuring devices. Summary: device comprises external and internal loading units with common pneumatic drive. External and internal loading units are made in form of pneumatic chambers, rigidly connected with pneumatic drive of working members and deformations pneumatic meters. Besides, device comprises loading time setting unit, consisting of relative action pneumatic cylinder and piston travel speed in pneumatic cylinder hydraulic controller related to it. At that, internal and external load units pneumatic drive is rigidly connected with gear wheels, independently moving in two mutually perpendicular directions. Besides, rotary disks are installed with guides with gear racks installed on them, on which gear wheels are moving.EFFECT: enabling automatic control of hardness at any point of article surfaces.1 cl, 1 dwg |
