<p>The solenoid-operated direction control valve has an oblong body with a drilling passing through it in the lengthwise direction, while an inlet port and a pair of control ports communicate with the drilling. A control slide works in the drilling, and there is a chamber connected to one end of the drilling, while at the other is a second valve body detachably mounted. This also forms a chamber, and has an internal inlet manifold. A pair of solenoid-operated pilot valves in the second body direct the fluid flow to the chambers, so as to shift the slide in one direction or the other.</p> |
