PURPOSE:To maintain the temperature compensation characteristic assuredly by eliminating an internal strain or deformation of a quartz plate due to the thermal stress by arranging a thermal electrode for compensating temperature in a predetermined range of angle relative to the crystal axis of the quartz plate.
