The overlap A(B)#2% of the axial width C, and preferably 5%#(A)B#20% of the axial width C. Angleαis preferably #60 degrees, and may be 0 degrees. The belt 9, in radial section, may be convex adjacent its edges with respect to the tyre interior, and may be formed from several layers of textile or metal cords parallel to each other in each layer and crossing those of the adjacent layer(s). |
