Abstract The present invention provides an a training aid comprising a bed elevated on a frame. The bed comprising a shoulder rest and having at least one grip member extending therefrom. At least one grip member provides at least one grip spaced apart from the 5 shoulder rest and bed, so as to permit pivoting of a user's body off the bed with respect to a pivot point proximate the shoulder rest.
