PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the terminal fitting work with machine and to easily provide a shield wire by connecting a terminal to each end of plural wires, binding the wires and forming a metal layer in the periphery of the bound wires. SOLUTION: A terminal of each wire 10 is fixed in a connector housing 30 by an automatic terminal inserting machine. A periphery of the bound wires 10 is formed with a metal layer 40 provided in the vertical direction so that a band-like metal foil, of which inside is coated with the adhesive agent at both sides thereof, and a drain wire contact with each other through the adhesive agent in the perfect contact condition. A part of the drain wire, which is not coated with the metal layer 40, is insulated by a tape 15 so as to eliminate the exposed part of a conductor. A plastic tape is wound around the periphery of the metal layer 40 so as to form a sheath layer. The sheath layer can be formed thinner than in the case where the sheath layer is formed by extrusion, by winding the plastic tape so as to form the sheath layer. |
