Electric shower heaters are used in bathing where a heating coil , ie. resistance wire is commonly being used with the advent of anti ground system or circuits which enables the device to be used safely, the equipment is safe or ground free as long as the anti ground is working together with other fail safe mechanism on; the electric shower heaters. The problem arises when the anti ground circuit device fails , the user is exposed to fatal dangers of using resistance coils as heating element since during prolong used of insulated nichrome wires , the powder insulator deteriorates making the internal heating coils sag and comes in contact with the commonly used external protective copper heating element, the result is a bare 220v I 11 Ov electricity which is fatal to the user. This invention removes all the hazardous weaknesses of an electric shower heater using an induction coil or microwave transformer, where there is no contact between the heating element and the electrical circuit, in induction heating , the magnetic field is generated by the coil while it vibrates the iron molecules on the targeted metal alloy plate, no electrical current is has traversed to the metal plate, thus it is safe to use compared to the conventional shower heaters. Having a function similar to that of an induction stove heating a cooking pan, the induction coil heats up the stainless assembly where water continuously runs through, thereby a hot/warm running water is achieved as a shower heater. |
