<p>An automatic plastic coating appts. comprises several supports for the articles to be coated, each with at least one hollow component which is closed at one end and connected at the other end to a coolant tank. The tank and hollow component together can contain sufficient coolant to prevent the hollow component from being heated to the melting point of the coating material. Pref. the hollow component bears at least one hook for the articles, which is in heat exchange relationship with the hollow component, and the tank is mounted in a hollow supporting arm forming part of each support. Pref. each support comprises an outlet leading from the tank, and an inlet extending from the upper end of the tank.</p> |
