PURPOSE:To provide a focal point adjusting system for rays, in which the light intensities of the reflected ray from a reference target in front and at the back of the focal point are detected by means of two optical detectors so that the adjustment of the focal point of a laser beam or the like may be accomplished highly precisely and safely.
