Emergency limit switch for controlled drive - has branch connection from main drive to distribution box with threaded spindle and slide nuts

Emergency limit switch connected in an electric circuit is intended to stop an electrically driven or controlled drive. A branch from the main drive is fed into a terminal box to a threaded spindle with nuts. They operate microswitches to actuate a switching lever which triggers an emergency circuit. The branch connection (2) from the main drive enters the switching box through a section of the wall (1). Part of the distribution box (2) is fitted with a threaded spindle (3) with the nuts which rest in grooves along the longitudinal direction of the spindle. The branch unit from the main drive will rotate alternately clockwise and anticlockwise in the switching box. The nuts on the threaded spindle will also rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise to actuate the microswitches. The max. number of revolutions to be controlled is equal to the number of turns on the spindle.
