PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject therapeutic agent for treating metabolic defects, preserving splenic function, useful as a preservative by including the powder seed of Dolichos biflorous and the powder fiber periderm of the seed and irradiating them with radiation. SOLUTION: The seed of Dolichos biflorous is cleaned, dried in an open air at a circumferential temperature, then in an oven pan heated to 40-55 deg.C, cooled to a circumferential temperature and its periderm is removed. (A) An internal seed mesh powder is ground into 200-300 sieve size. (B) A fiber periderm is ground into 150-200 sieve size. The component A is mixed with the component B in the ratio of (90-998.5%):(10-1.5%) at a low RPM of 35-60 for 30-45 minutes and the mixture is exposed to radiation for 10-20 minutes to give the objective therapeutic agent. |
