<p>In a shuttleless weaving loom of the double layer type, the position of the heald eyes and the relative displacement of the harness shafts which carry the eyes are such that, in the bottom position of the lower layers, the center-lines of the segments of the two layers, which are located between the rearmost position of the weaving loom and its intermediate position corresponding to the beginning of introduction of the weft threads into the sheds, both pass substantially through the pivotal axis of the reed.</p> |
