The cap consists of a pouring beak and a stopper, the pouring beak (1) having an annular skirt (6) with ribs (8) which clips over the end ring (9a) of the container neck (9b) and an inner cylindrical muff, with holes (16) pierced in the bottom, which slips inside the container neck. The stopper (2) fits over the pouring beak and has an inner cylindrical tube (13) which fits tightly into the cylindrical muff of the pouring beak. The cap is sealed by a sealing skirt (14) which covers the whole assembly and is fixed under a projection (9c) on the container neck.
