<p>The mud flap is for the wheels of a car or trailer or caravan, to prevent the discharge sideways from the wheels so that it causes interference with other road users. This flap is D-shaped and is attached to the sides of the wings. It is held in position by a suitable number of screws or fittings to give the required strength and rigidity. It can be easily removed to change a wheel in the even of a puncture.</p> |
