PURPOSE:To provide a concentration apparatus by use of a membrane which makes concentration control of concentrated solution easy, to decrease deterioration of the solution undergoing treatment, and to make design of the apparatus simple by setting a circulating pipe line having valves which can be opened or closed by means of a concentration detector. |
