The apparatus has two independent parts one being the centre of the apparatus which is fixed or moves translationally. The other part is the circumference of the apparatus and is in the form of a ring which revolves about the centre. On top and underneath the centre which is the cabin of the transporting apparatus are placed directional rockets which push horizontally and vertically. The circumference is provided with three sets of two directional rockets disposed tangentially around the circumference in the form an equilateral triangle.
