The present invention provides a waterproof layer protection sheet having a waterproof function, which is applied on a waterproof layer before placing protective concrete (plain concrete) on the waterproof layer in an unexposed waterproof process to safely protect the waterproof layer from being destroyed or damaged, and simultaneously has the waterproof function and excellent constructability; and a construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the waterproof layer protection sheet having the waterproof function comprises: a resin layer exposed in an upward direction; a synthetic fiber assembly sheet disposed below the resin layer, made of any one of polyester, polypropylene, and nylon, and having a weight per unit area of 50-300 g/m^2; and an adhesion layer formed such that liquefied polyethylene (PE) is applied with a thickness of 0.025-0.05 mm and laminated by a heating compression roller to bond the resin layer to the synthetic fiber collecting body sheet. The resin layer is any one of a polypropylene (PP) resin, a polyethylene (PE) resin, and an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) resin, or a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film. |
