PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit and a control method therefor, easy to control a dead time.SOLUTION: The power supply circuit has a high side and a low side power lines. One end of an inductive load is connected to a common connection end, whereas another end is connected to an output end. The power supply circuit includes: a high side switch, having the parallel connection of a plurality of switching transistors to which a main current path is connected, between the high side power line and the common connection end; a low side switch, having the parallel connection of a plurality of switching transistors to which a main current path is connected, between the low side power line and the common connection end; and a control circuit which alternately switches on/off the high side switch and the low side switch. The control circuit switches on/off the plurality of switching transistors constituting the high side switch at different timing, and also switches on/off the plurality of switching transistors constituting the low side switch at different timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
