The present invention provides a dosage form, a process for preparing the same and a method of treating, and the dosage form comprises non-stretched melt extruded particulates comprising a drug which is an opioid agonist and a matrix; wherein the melt extruded particulates are present as a discontinuous phase in the matrix; wherein the matrix comprises a continuous phase comprising a gel-forming agent and wherein the particulates comprise acrylic acid alkyl ester and methacrylic acid alkyl ester copolymer. |
