[Problem] To provide an electronic circuit and a communication device whereby it is possible to improve communication characteristics while minimizing an increase in manufacturing costs. [Solution] An electric circuit equipped with: a bridge part which is provided on the surface on the opposite side to a surface on which an antenna coil is provided, and which electrically connects the antenna coil to an integrated circuit (IC) chip; and a first capacitor part which is provided on the surface on the opposite side, and which forms a capacitor. A first point of connection of the bridge part to the antenna coil, a second point of connection of the bridge part to the IC chip, and the first capacitor part, are provided adjacent and integral to each other. |
