<p>The connector for cables, consists of a plug with a pin and a socket with a corresponding hole. The pin and socket hole assemblies are connected to the ends of cables. The body of the socket and the body of the plug both have recesses to hold the socket hole and the pin respectively. The pin and socket hole are retained by radial internal projections. The advantage lies in being able to incorporate pin and socket hole without using tools.</p> |
