<p>New Rabies virus No. 675, deposited in Prague as no. CNCTC AO 4/77, together with its mutants and variants. A live or inactivated rabies virus for oral or intestinal adminstration is prepd. from virus No. 675. Prevention and control of rabies in man and animals is obtd. In an example, virus no. 675 was grown in which embryo cells, in a medium contg. albumin from the species due to be treated. The cultured cells were frozen at -70 degrees C thawed and cell debris was removed. The filtrate was used for vaccine prepn.</p> |
