A phillygenin glucuronic acid derivative represented by general formula (I). In general formula (I), R1=H, R2=CnH2n+1, and R3=CnH2n+1; or R1=CnH2n+1, R2=CnH2n+1, and R3=H; or R1-R2=-CH2-, and R3=CnH2n+1; n=1 to 30. The present invention also relates to a preparation method for the compound, a pharmaceutical composition having the compound as an active component, and an application of the compound in antiviral symptoms.
