The output signals of the pulse-processing high-frequency instrument (4), which depend on the moisture content of the substance, pass to the analysis instrument (5). The direct assembly of the pulse-processing high-frequency instrument (4) together with the sensor system (3), as well as linearising and zero point-stabilising circuitry ensure reliable operation and high measurement accuracy even in an industrial environment. <IMAGE>
