PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a good contact to a recording material by setting a slide length to a head and a curvature of a top face of a protecting layer above a heater part to be specific values. SOLUTION: A slide length between a recording material and a head is not larger than 100 μm and an electrode layer 29 is divided by a top face of a projecting part so as to secure a heat-generating part 33. The heat-generating part 33 generates heat when a voltage is impressed to the split electrode layers 29. A protecting layer 31 is layered at the part where the electrode layer 29 is divided, whereby a heater part 34 is provided with a recessed part 35. A top face of the recessed part 35 is a projecting curved face 37. A curvature of the curved face is not smaller than 0.04 mm<-1> . As a method for forming the curved face 37 of the curvature, projecting parts 31a are separately ground sequentially from slantwise, thereby sharpening the curved face 37. The heater part 34 projects to a top face of a glaze projecting part 21, and therefore a good contact to a recording member 7 is obtained. |
