In the method intended for potentiating the action of vaccines containing, as vaccinal principle, RNAs or ribosomes of at least one bacterial strain having polysaccharide capsules, the capsular polysaccharides extracted from at least one of the aforementioned bacterial strains having polysaccharide capsules are added to the vaccine. The method is useful, in particular, for preparing vaccines for the prevention of respiratory diseases.
