<p>The box comprises two separate parts made from cardboard. One part forms the sides(1, 2) and includes the flaps(13 to 16) for closing the top; this is one blank with the ends joined at one corner and stored flat. The bottom(22) of the box is separate and also stored flat until required. It has its sides folded down to form flanged edges(25, 26) and is inserted into the box from the top. When erected, this box has sides tapering inwards to the base and the bottom is pushed down until its grips and fits by friction.</p> |
