In a linkage actuator which has an adjustment spindle (7) and an adjustment nut (22) which can be screwed to the latter via a reversible thread, at least one connection eyelet (3a) for a brake linkage component is attached to the linkage actuator via a screwable linkage coupling (10). The linkage coupling (10) is constructed in such a way that it is loaded in the tightening direction by the torque (I) which is produced in the case of brake force loading of the linkage actuator at the adjustment spindle (7). In order to secure the linkage coupling (10), its limit stop can have conical faces which can be clamped securely to one another by frictional engagement. <IMAGE>
