The roll body (2) is fitted on the driving shaft eccentrically on which it freely rotates. The rotary movement of the shaft in combination with the eccentric seating produces a reciprocating movement of the roll towards the crusher arms (3) suspended at their top ends from the housing (1). The lower end of the crusher arms rest by the intermediary of a thrust element (17) against the internal end of spring block (7) consisting of sets of steel springs and rubber plates (7), spring disc (8) carrying a rigidly fitted guide bushing (9) and supporting plate (10). The circumference of the supporting plate has two diametrally opposed sections of reduced dia. hereby forming a set of catches which work together with corresponding recesses in the outside opening of housing (11). By turning the supporting plate by 90 degrees it can be removed from the guide bushing and optional number of spring elements can be added or removed.
