摘要

PURPOSE:To restrict the renewal of insignificant indication as much as possible but to make the renewal of detailed indication possible if necessary by determining the significant difference as a reference for judgement so tha tthe indication of process quantity may be renewed when the variation in the process quantity exceeds the significant difference.
