PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user.SOLUTION: A search control device 101 can access a document DB 600 that stores a document group that is descriptive data on defects in a product, and a document management DB 400 that manages the number of times of input on importance indicating that each of documents in the document group is important or unnecessary. When receiving, from a terminal 103, an input indicating that a document searched for by the searching part 601 is important or an input indicating that the document is unnecessary, the search control device 101 updates the number of times of input when the input of importance or the input of unnecessity is received according to the importance in the document management DB 400, acquires, from the searching part 601, a score of a specific document including a search keyword searched for by the searching part 601 as a result of an input of the search keyword from the terminal 103, corrects the score of the specific document on the basis of the updated number of times, and outputs a result of the ranking of the specific document based on the corrected score to the terminal 103.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
