PURPOSE:To eliminate the apprehension of robbery of a battery for a motor operated vehicle by prohibiting removal of a battery container from a supporting case unless a master key is inserted. CONSTITUTION:When a handle grip is turned at running time of a motor opeated vehicle to thereby close a key switch, a solenoid 23 is deenergized to allow a locking pin 22 from being engaged with a hole 21 to thereby prohibit a battery container 12 to discharge from a supporting case 10. When a battery 9 is charged, a master key is inserted to energize the solenoid 23 to thereby attract the pin 22 to thus release the engagement with the hole 21 so as to allow the container 12 from pulling out by a grip 19. |
