A special combustion engine (1) is used to drive the conveying assembly (2), the unit being enclosed by a box-shaped housing of a silencing material. Vibration-damping elements (6) are used for mountings. On the side of the conveying assembly, the housing (5) has a bottom-open feed air shaft (8) with silencer wings (9) and the top end of this shaft is connected with the rest of the housing. On the other side of the housing is an outlet-exhaust shaft (20), again with silencer wings (16) and connected at the top with the rest of the housing (5). Both the hot, engine-cooling air and the engine exhaust gases can be introduced into the top of the shaft via an exhaust pipe (17) and silencer (19).
