<p>Color developing ink suitable for pressure-sensitive recording, especially applicable to printing machines utilizing relief and offset printing techniques, which comprises (i) at least one proton-releasing or electron accepting solid acid selected from the group consisting of phenol resins, aromatic carboxylic acids and the metal salts thereof, and (ii) an aliphatic ester containing 8 to 25 carbon atoms, and which has stable printing aptitude and adequate color developing ability, does not swell a rubber roll installed in a printing machine and can provide colored image with excellent light resistance.</p> |
