<p>A sailing board or windsurfer fitted with a mast and wish-bone boom, where the board has an inverted profile cross-section with the mast mounted on the crest of the V. The angle between the planes of the V is 60-120 degrees, pref. about 90 degrees. The craft obtd. is faster than a conventional flat boarded hull. Hulls, are pref. made of either polyurethane foam or a thermoplastic moulding, pref. covered with glass fibre reinforced resin.</p> |
