X : H or 1-4C hydrocarbon chain; n, p : 0.1-2; m : 1-2; R1, R3 : 4-25C carbon chain containing 1-2 OH groups carried by different carbons; and R2 : H or 1-4C alkyl (optionally containing OH group). Provided that at least one of R1 and R2 is omega-3 fatty acid. |
