Strengthening composites with improved resistance to oil, water and shock were prepd. by treating synthetic cloth or metal sieve plates with a mixt. of isocyanate compds. and elastomers, e.g., SBR 100%, Desmodeur 10%, S 3%, ZnO2 2% with toluene solvent, and similar adhesive piles. The coated composites were dried at 80≰C-90≰C for 40-50 min., and laminated with polymer resing contg. thermoplastic powders, and then pressed at 80≰C-120≰C for 3-5 min. The composites are useful in synthetic clothes, bag and belt cloth. |
