Lifting grab for mining equipment - has two claws and bolt gripping beam, and lower bolt carrying shackle

The load lifting fitting used in mining operations, is attached to the bottom of an I-shaped beam(3). It has two claws(10, 11) which grip the lower flange(8, 9) of the beam between them, clamped in place by a bolt(21) passing through them, and fitted with a nut(22). Between them, they support a shackle(31) with two arms, each with a hole(32) through it for the pin of a lifting hook or chain. The shackle is U-shaped. The claws are shaped(14) to fit round the flange of the beam. Each claw has an upper hole for the bolt, and a lower hole(16) for another bolt(27) parallel to the first, to support the shackle(31). Each claw has an arm(25) which bend inwards, to support the lower bolt, and a lock nut(23) is screwed inwards against its outer face.
