Striking clock for use, in particular, as a sea chronometer. This clock comprises an electronic circuit of quartz-crystal clock for measuring the time, a quartz-crystal pilot circuit (6) associated with an electronic device (3) which serves for counting the bells and may be preset by the clock circuit and a pulse generator (2) for obtaining the belis to be struck. These elements allow to provide a clock, in particular a sea chronometer, with striking, having a relatively simple arrangement, a long lasting operation, and a high precision. |
