The title device for manufg. a tubular fabric was described. The swing speed of a arm(10) and warp guide(11). was controlled by a pair of warp tension control devices(8) at the same speed of the running shuttle. The warp yarn of which tension was loosed by the swing arm was taken off from the bobbin and passed through the heald. The relaxation of warp tension was prevented by passing it through a warp supporting guide and a supporting plate on the heald.
