摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance greatly the Q-value of the oscillator by improving the mass balance for both arms of the oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The process machine control signal production part generates the positive voltage to increment of the Q-value and the negative voltage signal to decrement of the Q-value each. The process machine control circuit part including the signal production part receives the start for the control process and the Q-value increment/decrement signal of the controlled crystal oscillator and then generates the selection signal for the frequency adjustment arm of the oscillator plus the control process stop signal based on the decision for the maximum Q-value. Furthermore, the process machine control mechanism receives the control signal from the control circuit part to perform the open/close control of the shutter for the evaporation and the position control for the target at the oscillator arm part of the laser beam for the laser processing respectively. Thus, the arm balance can be given automatically for the tuning fork type oscillator.
