发明名称 TRANSCRIBING MATERIAL FOR ANODIZED ALUMINUM MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a transcribing material to be used for transcription onto a material composed of a plane or a cylindrical anodized aluminum material by using special composition for film, ink and adhesive so that transcription can be made with simplicity, high efficiency and good reproducibility of many colors and delicate patterns. CONSTITUTION:On a base plate 2 composed of a 2 axially stretched polyster or other plastic film, an ink layer 3 of a desired pattern is formed by printing using an ink containing acrylic resin, which is exfoliatable to this base plate 2, cellulose system resin and subliming dispersion pigment, and then, a transcribing material 1 is composed in such a manner as to cover the thus prepared ink layer 3 with an acrylic system resin or a polyamid resin adhesive layer by print coating. After the adhesive layer 4 of the transcribing material 1 is thermally pressed onto an anodized aluminum material 5 (to receive transcription), the base material 2 is exfoliated, a dying pattern 7 is formed on the transcription-receiving material 5 through a dying adhesive layer 6, and then, the layer 4 is removed.
