The present application provides a method and device for displaying a keyword. The method comprises: receiving a search page display request, said request containing target location information; obtaining as a first keyword a keyword that is in a first region matching the target location information and that has a search popularity rating satisfying a first condition; and, displaying the first keyword on the search page. The present invention is able to treat as a first keyword a keyword that is in a first region matching the target location information and that has a search popularity rating satisfying a first condition, and then display the first keyword on the search page. This enables a user to display different keywords according to different target locations, thus allowing for the personalization of keyword display, and thereby increasing keyword display accuracy and improving the search experience for the user.
