PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture a large-sized coil with excellent quality, by connecting a coil conductor while it remains as it is a straight line, and by bending working the conductor. CONSTITUTION:A coil conductor is received to an assembly workshop without bending working it, a straight conductor is joined at a location 11, the conductor is worked by means of a groove of a cooling pipe at a location 12 and it is soldered by means of the cooling pipe at a location 13. The conductor is molded in the desired curve R by means of a bending working device 14, the joined portion and the soldered portion by means of the cooling pipe and the like are inspected at an inspection location 15 and the conductor 17 is fed into, plastic deformation is prevented and space is maintained while the speed is conformed to the progress of bending working by means of rollers 16. The conductor is insulated while it is wound on a winding core 19 by revolving a rotary table on occasion. the conductor is fixed by means of the device 14, and the coil conductor is strongly winding clamped by the turning force of the table 18 and fixed to the winding core by means of supports 20. If rollers are mounted to a bench 21, the conductor can easily be moved. |
