PURPOSE:A hair tonic, containing pyridoxine and pyroolidonecarboxylic acid or a pyridoxinepyrrolidone carboxylate, which shows an exellent hair growth accelerating effect. CONSTITUTION:A hair tonic composition containing perf. 0.01-10wt% of pyridoxine and pyrrolidone-carboxylic acid or pyridoxinepyrrolidone carboxylate. More pref. the amounts of pyridoxine and pyrrolidonecarboxylic acid are almost equimolar. The pyridoxine is preferably the mineral acid addition salt, esp. pyridoxine hydrochloride, since it is easily available and soluble. The pyrrolidonecarboxylic acid is preferably the alkali metal salt, e.g. Na salt. |
