PURPOSE:To prevent the wire from the sudden shock, and to prevent the leakage of the cooling water in titled cooler, by moving the carriage and cable bare in the same direction by the wires being wound into each of two concentric drums of diameters different from each other. CONSTITUTION:When the motor 5 starts, the large diameter drum 6 and the small diameter drum 7 simultaneously begin rotation, and wires 8, 10, being wound into drums 6, 7, are sent out in the same direction; hereby, the carriage 3 and the cable bare 4 are simultaneously moved in the same direction. Hereupon, the delivery part 15 for the bare 4 is moved at doubled speed and doubled distance as compared with those of bare 4; however, the small diameter drum 7 possesses the diameter just half of that of the large diameter drum 6, so that the delivery part 15 and the carriage 3 are moved always at the same speed. Accordingly, the length of the flexible hose 17 is always constant, and the cooling water is supplied to the mandrel bar 1 through the feed pipe 13, the fixer 12, the hose 17, and the carriage 3, always under the stable state. |
