The multi-pack has individual packs (1, 2) which are held together by a continuous band (6) which forms a laterally open covering. The band (6) is connected to the material of the individual packs along zones (10) by bonding or heat sealing. At the place where the end faces of the individual packs touch, a tearable line of weakness (9) is arranged. A further line of weakness (11) extends along the narrow side walls (3) of the individual packs.
