The rotary joint fits in a hose, particularly a high-pressure one, with a spray nozzle at the free end. It comprises a hose union on which a sleeve rotates by means of a bearing, there being an annular seal between them. The sleeve is divided into a bearing sleeve (7a) and a union nut (7b) with a hose socket (8) screwing onto it. The seal is a washer (6), accommodated between the nut and the adjacent end of the hose union (4), forming pressure equalisation surfaces on both sides (10, 11).
