PURPOSE:To adjust the ink feed level through a plurality of inkwell screws connected to respective small motor and a feed back potentiometer by remote-controlling thereof with equal number of scaled dials and a transmission potentiometer provided on a separate control panel. CONSTITUTION:Small motors 40 continue ot rotate until the reading of a scale plate 56 on a control desk 15 and then, stops the moment inkwell screws 23 reach the identical resistance. The screws 23 are turned by a knob 35 with a feedback potentiometer 45 of an ink application device kept from turning and halted by checking to ensure that ink is evenly fed. Thus, the level of the ink is set. Then, with a proof sheet placed on the control console 15, the scaled dial 54 is turned, and the inkwell screws 23 turn exactly corresponding to the number and angle of rotation as indicated by the dial, and then stops. A trial sheet is compared with the proof sheet for fine adjustment and the difference from the standard value is numerically displayed on a scale plate 56. Thereafter, a remote controlling is performed according to the density and the tone observing the proof sheet on the control console 15. |
