<p>The prefabricated wooden frame building has interior and exterior finish that can be adapted to any regional style by choice of material. Wooden posts (3) are fixed vertically to a concrete base (2) and slightly set back from the slab edge A floor beam (4) is nailed to the base. On the inside the wall carries plaster board (8) over insulation (9). The outside is finished with plaster (12) over non-load bearing blocks (10). The post header beam (5) carries the two facing beams (6, 7) both exposed and one (7) supports a facing board (15) up to roof level.</p> |
